ABOUT ME |
|
Auburn University alum, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Management. In 2024, I graduated with Masters degree in Biological Sciences as a student in Dr. Chris Parkinson's Lab at Clemson University studying the evolution and ecology of garter snakes. Currently I am a PhD student in Dr. Kinsey Brock's lab at San Diego State University, where I am exploring the impact of modern and ancient human development on snake ecology and evolution. My broad interests include herpetology, ecology, evolution, and above all else, conservation. Recently, I have entered the world of wildlife photography as a hobby, and promote my work on Instagram @hippieherper. I have always been passionate about wildlife conservation and have worked my entire life to prepare myself for a career in this field.
